TOWN HALL, MASHPEE, MASSACHUSETTS 02649 <br /> DECISION <br /> rgg ca <br /> REs Petition of John Belland for a Variance - Case #V-82-5-012 <br /> A Petition was filed by John Belland, of Mendon, Ma., for a <br /> Variance requesting permission to vary the minimum frontage and rear <br /> set back requirements to enable construction of a single family resi- <br /> dential dwelling on property located on Lot #7 Barbary Circle, off <br /> Great Neck Road, Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with <br /> Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publi- <br /> cation in the Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation <br /> in the Town of Mashpee, on May 4, 1982 and May 11, 1982, a copy of <br /> which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town <br /> Hall on Wednesday, May 19, 1982, at 9830 p.m. at which time the follow- <br /> ing members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughouti <br /> Michael A. Makunas, Manuel E. Costa, Jr, and Peter Lawrence. <br /> Mr. John Belland made the presentation to the Board, explaining his <br /> intention to construct a house twelve feet from the front property line <br /> in order to comply with the Order of Conditions issued by the Conserva- <br /> tion Commission regarding the rear set back requirements from the wet- <br /> lands. <br />
