Angley, Esquire 67 Samoset Street Plymouth, Massachusetts 02360 Dear Mr. Angleyi We are in receipt of your application for a Special Permit for a multi-family development. Enclosed please find a copy of the Rules and Regulations of the Board of Appeals pertaining to multi-family developments in the Town of Mashpee. Your application does not indicate how many units you are requesting, and in accordance with our Rules and Regulations, an additional fee of $10.00 per proposed unit should accompany the application. An additional check to cover the postage expense is also required in the amount of $7.20, which is required to be paid at the hearing. We have your list of abutters, and the written report from the Planning Board. Certain impact studies are required, which are listed on page two of the enclosed Rules and Regulations. We have not received any studies, and would require them before we can make an intelligent decision, e / We are holding your accplication in at the present time pending your decision on whether you can supply the information required within the next two weeks, since we must schedule a hearing within sixty-five days of the filing date. The usual approach is to submit the application to the Board for review first, but . since the Town Clerk stamp appears on the face of the application, dated January 11, 1982, we are required to schedule a hearing within sixty-five days from that date. If you are unable to submit the information required, you may withdraw your application and resubmit it at a time when it is complete.
