BOX 1108 <br /> MASHPEE, MA 02849 <br /> RE: Petition of Campisi ' s Hair CO. for a Special Permit <br /> CAse #SP-83-12-041 <br /> A Petition was filed by Campisi ' s Hair Co. of Mashpee <br /> Massachusetts for a Special Permit for permission to operate <br /> a Massage Therapy business on property located at the <br /> New Seabury Shopping Center, Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with <br /> Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given <br /> by publication in the Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of <br /> general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on November 22 , 1983 <br /> and November 29 , 1983 a copy of which is attached hereto and <br /> made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee <br /> Town Hall on Wednesday, December 7, 1983 at 7 : 30 p.m. at <br /> which time the following members of the Board of Appeals <br /> were present and acting throughout: <br /> Mr. Michael Makunas, Mr. Manuel Costa and Virginia T.
