BOX 1106 <br /> MASHPEE, MA 02649 <br /> RE: Petition of Overseas Auto Imports , Inc. for a Special <br /> Permit Case #SP-83-12-043 <br /> A Petition was filed by Overseas Auto Imports, Inc. of <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts for a Special Permit for permission to <br /> operate an Auto Leasing Company on property located on Bowdoin <br /> Road, Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with <br /> Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by <br /> publication in the Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of <br /> general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on November 22, 1983 <br /> and November 29 , 1983 a copy of which is attahced hereto and <br /> made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee <br /> Town Hall on Wednesday, December 7 , 1983 at 7 : 30 p.m. at <br /> which time the following members of the Board of Appeals <br /> were present and acting throughout: Mr. William. Hanrahan, <br /> Mr. Manuel Costa and Michael Makunas . . <br /> Mr. Keston explained to the Board that he wished to <br /> operate a car leasing business on Bowdoin Road, Mashpee, <br /> Massachusetts. He went on to say that the cars would be <br /> imported from out of the country and the cars would not <br /> be stored at the above location.
