TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> TOWN HALL, MASHPEE, MASSACHUSETTS 02649 <br /> DECISION <br /> RE: Petition of Cape Cod Child Development Program Inc. for a <br /> Special Permit Case ##SP-85-01-001 <br /> A Petition was filed by Cape Cod Child, Development Program Inc. <br /> of Hyannis, Massachusetts for a SPecial Permit for permission to <br /> operate an Educational Preschool Program on property located on <br /> Wamponoag Drive, Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Mass- <br /> achusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by <br /> publication in the Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general <br /> circulation in the Town of Mashpee on January 2, 1985 and <br /> January 9, 1985 a copy of which is attached hereto and made a <br /> part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee <br /> Town Hall on Wednesday, January 16, 1985, at 7 :30 p.m. at <br /> which time the following members of the Board of Appeals were <br /> present and acting throughout: Michael Makunas, William Hanrahan, <br /> and Thomas Sexton. <br /> After considerable discussion the Board felt that this would <br /> be a good program for the children of Mashpee. <br />
