UPPER CAPE
ENGINEERING COMPANY
7 FERN AVE.
E. SANDWICH, MA 02537
817.88&2027
SPECIALIZING IN:
SITE PLANS '
SEWAGE DESIGN
SUBDIVISIONS
HOME INSPECTION
PERCOLATION & SOIL TESTS
March 9 , 1985
Chairman I
Appeals Board
Town of Mashpee
Mass .
Dear Sir ;
I am requesting a clarification of section #7 "Land
Use Requirements" in particular the industrial districts
designated as I in the Land Space Requirement Table .
The front yard setback (Building) is 150 feet , the
rear yard set back is 50 feet . Assuming the minimum lot
size of the industrial district to be 40 ,000 sq . ft . no
building could be set on this lot which conforms to the
minimum 200 foot frontage requirement . Since both side lot
lines would have to be minimum of 200 feet in depth there
would be no space for a building .
The question of clarification deals with the
applicabilty of Section 7 . 4 ( 11 ) to this case . Has number
11 of the footnotes been deleted by mistake when refering to
the I -1 Setback requirement?
Your help in this matter would be greatly
appreciated.
Th
7yo
'1
tL u u
 ..Jahn Jacobi
