D, Shop 3, Mashpee, Mass-
achusetts.
Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Mass-
achusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publica-
tion in the Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation
in the Town of Mashpee on March'127, & April 3, 1985, a copy of
which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
A public hearing was held on the petition at the. Mashpee
Town Hall on Wednesday, April 10, 1985, at 7 :30 p.m. at which
time the following members of the Board of Appeals were present
and acting throughout: Manuel Costa, Michael Makunas and Cheryl
Hawver.
Attorney Hantzes represented the Credit Union along with
the Vice President, Sandra Hampton. Ms. Hampton showed the Board
plans and where the location would be. Signs have not been pre-
pared but Deer Crossing was going to help them with this. They
have no plans for an outside teller or drive-up windows. There
will be two maybe three employees, and they hope to open June 3,
1985.
