Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board voted unanimously to <br /> grant the Special Permit subject to the following conditions . <br /> CONDITIONS <br /> 1 . The condominium special permit must be forfeited . <br /> 2 . There shall be no building within 25 feet of the southwesterly <br /> boundary line . <br /> 3 . All of the mitigation measures are part of this grant of special <br /> permit . Suggested mitigation is attached to this decision . <br /> 4 . The developer shall be responsible for the distribution of water <br /> within the project . <br /> 5 .
