MA 02649 <br /> AMENDED DECISION <br /> RE: Petition of Henry & Patricia Quattromini for a Variance Case #V-87-11-094 <br /> A Petition was filed by Henry & Patricia Quattromini of Mashpee, <br /> Massachusetts for a Variance for permission to vary the lot size in a R-3M <br /> Zoning District on property located on lot 15 Wilann Road, Mashpee, <br /> Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws .Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the Falmouth <br /> Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on <br /> October 29 & November 5, 1986, a copy of which is attached hereto and made <br /> a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall <br /> on Wednesday, November 12, 1986 at 7:30 p.m. at which time the following <br /> members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Manuel <br /> Costa, Michael Makunas and Cheryl Hawver. <br /> Information was received that Building Permits and Occupancy Permits <br /> were issued to this lot illegally. The Board found this lot to be of a <br /> non-conforming lot size however, through information provided found this <br /> hardship not to be self-imposed or detrimental to the neighborhood. <br /> The Board of Appeals reached the following Finding of Facts: <br /> 1. ) The Board found the hardship not to be self-imposed <br /> I2.) Granting of this Variance was found not to be detrimental to the <br /> neighborhood. <br />
