BOX 1108 <br /> fyg W MASHPEE, MA 02649 <br /> DECISION <br /> RE: Petition of Great Waterview Realty II/DS & B Realty Corporation Case <br /> #SP-87-07-068 for a modification to an existing Special Permit Case <br /> #SP-82-2-001 . <br /> A Petition was filed by Great Waterview Realty II/DS & B Realty Corpora- <br /> tion of Mashpee, Massachusetts for a Special Permit for modifications to an <br /> existing Special Permit, (granted on March 17, 1982) , pre 1984 amendments, <br /> for permission to relocate units 27 thru 31 and construct one additional <br /> residential condominium unit in a. R=3M (formerly R-2) Zoning District .on <br /> property located off Great Oak Road, Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the Falmouth <br /> Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on <br /> July 15 & 22, 1987, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, July 29, 1987 at 7:30 p.m. at which time the following members of <br /> the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: William Hanrahan, <br /> Manuel Costa and Michael Makunas. <br /> The Board was informed modifications to the existing Special Permit are <br /> to allow for abutting lot, (parcel #4) to be incorporated into the overall <br /> condominium project, the seasonal dwelling, located on parcel #4, shall be <br /> removed. Conversion of building #5 from a four (4) unit condominium complex <br /> to a five (5) unit condominium project and shall be relocated adjacent to <br /> building four (4) and combined with the principal site. The Board determined <br /> this use to be a substantial improvement to the area. <br />
