This Complaint is an Appeal by the Plaintiff of a <br /> decision made by the Town of Mashpee Board of Appeals under <br /> M.G.L. Chapter 40B. <br /> 2 . The Appeal is made in accordance with the provisions of <br /> M.G.L. Chapter 40A Section 17 . <br /> 3 . The Plaintiff is a Massachusetts corporation having its <br /> principal place of business on Route 28 in the Town of <br /> Barnstable . <br /> 4. The Defendants are William Hanrahan of 76 Ships Wheel <br /> Drive, Mashpee ; Manuel Costa of 31 South Sandwich Road, <br /> Mashpee , and Michael Makunas of 51 James Circle , Mashpee , <br /> Massachusetts , as they constitute the Mashpee Board of Appeals . <br /> 5 . The Defendant , Mashpee Housing Authority, c/o Mr . <br /> Arthur Kimber, Barnstable Housing Authority of 146 South St . , <br /> Hyannis , Massachusetts , was the petitioner before the Mashpee <br /> Board of Appeals . <br /> 6 . The Appeal by the Plaintiff is made of Decision One of <br /> the decision rendered by the Mashpee Board of Appeals . <br /> 7 . A copy of the decision appealed from is attached to the <br /> complaint hereto and marked Exhibit A. <br /> 8 . The Plaintiff corporation owns property in the vicinity <br /> of the site of the proposed dwellings and is aggrieved by the <br /> N J.O'MNLLEY.JR.PC decision of the Defendant Board of Appeals . <br /> OR„EY AT LAW 9 . The proposed location of the three dwellings approved <br /> WINTER STREET y the Defendant Board of Appeals pertains to property owned by <br /> T OFFICE 60X 799 the Town of Mashpee in an R3 Zoning District , an area zoned for <br /> NIS, MASS. 02601 single family residences . <br /> ONE I6171 7]9-]100 <br />
