MA 02649 <br /> DECISION <br /> RE': Petition of Terrance Trottier for a Special Permit Case #SP-87-09-072 <br /> A Petition was filed by Terrance Trottier of Forestdale, Massachusetts <br /> for a Special Permit for permission to operate an automotive repair garage <br /> and vending machine service warehouse in a C-2 Zoning District on property <br /> located on Main Street, Route 130, Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the Falmouth <br /> Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on <br /> July 15 & 22, 1987, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, July 29, 1987 at 7:30 p.m. at which itme the following members of <br /> the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: William Hanrahan, <br /> Manuel Costa and Michael Makunas. <br /> The Board was informed the applicant will utilize one half of the building <br /> as a vending machine warehouse and one half as an automotive repair facility. <br /> The Board learned items stored at the facility will be snack foods and soft <br /> drinks and will employ one part-time assistant during the summer months. <br /> Information was received that the applicant will employ one individual to aid <br /> in the repair of the automobiles. Council , representing the applicant, informed <br /> the Board that a maximum of six vehicles will be parked on the premises at one <br /> time and all vehicles to be repaired will be parked to the rear of the building. <br />
