Haney
to modify Special Permit Case #SP-88-01-07 (owner on record; Ockway
Bay Realty Trust)
A Petition was filed by William R. Haney of Mashpee, Massachusetts
for a modification to the existing Special Permit granted on July 29, 1987
(case #SP-87-07-059) for permission to relocate the proposed pier, ramp
and float facility in a R-3 Zoning District on property located on lot 14
Great Neck Road, (map 99, parcel 40) , Mashpee, Massachusetts.
Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts
General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the Falmouth
Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on
January 13 & 20, 1988, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part
hereof.
A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on
Wednesday, January 27, 1988 at 7:30 p.m. at which time the following members
of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: William Hanrahan,
Michael Makunas and Edward Govoni.
The Board was informed that the relocation of the dock will not impede
navigation of the waterways. The Board learned that the impact on the surround-
ing environment will be lessened than originally proposed. The Conservation
y
Commission voiced no objections to the relocation of the dock.
P'
3
