MA 02649 <br /> DECISION <br /> RE: Petition of Lloyd Gainsboro for a Variance Case #V-88-01-06 <br /> A Petition was filed by Lloyd Gainsboro of Mashpee, Massachusetts for <br /> a Variance for permission to vary the sideline setback requirements in a <br /> R-3 Zoning District on property located on 59 Keel Way, Little Neck Bay, <br /> (map 120, parcel 139) , Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the Falmouth <br /> Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on <br /> January 13 & 20, 1988, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part <br /> hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, January 27, 1988 at 7:30 p.m. at which time the following members <br /> of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: William Hanrahan, <br /> Michael Makunas and Edward Govoni. <br /> The Board was informed that any alterations to the present dwelling <br /> would require a Variance. Counsel , representing the Applicant, informed <br /> the Board that verbal consent was received by the New Seabury Architectural <br /> Review Committee. The Board ascertained the shape of the lot to be the <br /> basis for a hardship. <br />
