Talanian for a Special Permit Case #SP-88-01-08 <br /> (owner of record; Charles M. Talanian) <br /> A Petition was filed by-Charles M. Talanian of Mashpee, Massachusetts <br /> for a Special Permit for permission to construct and maintain a pier, ramp <br /> and float facility in a R-3 Zoning District on property located on lots 9 <br /> & 9A Ockway Bay Road, (map 100, parcel 55) , Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 4OA. Notice was given by publication in the Falmouth <br /> Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on <br /> January 13 & 20, 1988, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part <br /> hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall <br /> on Wednesday, January 27, 1988 at 7:30 p.m. at which time the following <br /> members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: William <br /> Hanrahan, Michael Makunas and Edward Govoni . <br /> The Board learned the pier will extend 70 feet to a 3' x 10' ramp <br /> and 8' x 10' float. The Board was informed the Conservation Commission <br /> is in agreeance with revised plans submitted. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board of Appeals voted unani- <br /> mously on March 1 , 1988 to grant the Special Permit as requested with <br /> the stipulation this Applicant comply with all "Orders of Conditions" <br /> setforth by the Mashpee Conservation Commission.
