BOX 1108 <br /> MASHPEE, MA 02649 <br /> DECISION <br /> RE: Petition of Robert Osol for a Special Permit Case #SP-88-01-09 <br /> (owner on record; Pine Tree Acres, Inc.) <br /> A Petition was filed by Robert Osol of Mashpee, Massachusetts for a <br /> Special Permit for permission to construct a one (1 ) story retail complex <br /> in a C-1 Zoning District on property located on lots 1 & 2 Ryans Way, <br /> (map 67, parcels 74 & 75) , Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the Falmouth <br /> Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on <br /> January 13 & 20, 1988, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part <br /> hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, January 27, 1988 at 7:30 p.m. at which time the following members <br /> of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: William Hanrahan, <br /> Michael Makunas and Edward Govoni. <br /> The Board was informed the project will encompass 3.7 acres with approxi- <br /> mate total square footage of 22,000 feet. Parking will be located in the <br /> center of the complex. Information was received that the complex will main- <br /> tain on-site sewerage and water entering the project will be furnished by <br /> the Highwood Water Company. Grading for drainage will be away from the <br /> abutting properties, onto the site. Design Review Committee forwarded their <br /> approval for this project. The Board ascertained this project would not be <br /> detrimental to the surrounding area. <br />
