MA 02649 <br /> DECISION <br /> RE: Petition of Robert Nahigian for a Variance Case #V-88-02-013 <br /> (owner of record; Robert 0. Nahigian & Gordon T. Correia, Jr. ) <br /> A Petition was filed by Robert Nahigian of Mashpee, Massachusetts <br /> for a Variance for permission to vary the front setback requirements in <br /> a R-3 Zoning District on property located on 39 Sandy Way, (map 97 parcel <br /> 3) , Seabrook Village, Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the Falmouth <br /> Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on <br /> January 27 & February 3, 1988, a copy of which is attached hereto and made <br /> a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall <br /> on Wednesday, February 10, 1988 at 7:30 p.m. at which time the following <br /> members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Michael <br /> Makunas, Edward Govoni and Richard Halpern. <br /> The Board was informed the Applicant has complied with recommendations <br /> from the Mashpee Conservation Commission. Abutter present voiced no object- <br /> ions to the Variance request. The Board ascertained that due to the topo- <br /> graphy of the lot, there is no alternative location in which to place the <br /> dwelling. <br />
