TOWN. <br /> i BOARD OF 5PEAL <br /> P. O. BOX 1108 <br /> M ASHPE E, MA 02649 <br /> DECISION <br /> RE: Petition of Willis H. Michaelson for a Special Permit Case #SP-88-02-014 <br /> A Petition was filed by Willis Michaelson of Mashpee, Massachusetts <br /> for a Special Permit for permission to construct and maintain a pier, ramp <br /> and float facility in a R-3 Zoning District on property located on lot 42 <br /> Monomoscoy Road, (map 120, parcel 42) , Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the Falmouth <br /> Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on <br /> January 27 & February 3, 1988, a copy of which is attached hereto and made <br /> a part hereof. <br /> A public hering was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, February 10, 1988 at 7:30 p.m. at which time the following mem- <br /> bers of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Michael <br /> Makunas, Edward Govoni and Richard Halpern. <br /> The Mashpee Conservation Commission voiced no opposition to the dock <br /> proposal. No comments or recommendations were received from the Mashpee <br /> Shellfish Commission. The Board was informed that the pier will extend <br /> 58 feet to a 12 foot ramp and two 6' x 10' floats. An amendment to this <br /> Special Permit request was accepted by the Board. <br />
