Dubin TR for a Special Permit Case: SP-89-12-06 <br /> A Petition was filed by Barbara H. Dubin TR for a Special Permit under <br /> Section 6.3.D. 1 of the Land Use Requirements for permission to construct <br /> an office building in an R-3 zoning district on property located at Lot 1, <br /> Route 28 (Map 87, Lot 6) Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the Falmouth <br /> Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on <br /> December 28, 1988 and January 4, 1989, a copy of which is attached hereto <br /> and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town <br /> Hall on Wednesday, January 11, 1989 at 7:30 p.m. at which time -the <br /> following members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: <br /> William Hanrahan, Cheryl, Hawver and Michael Makunas. <br /> Attorney Richard Dubin informed the Board that the lot in <br /> question had been rezoned from I-1 to R-3 but the use of the lot was <br /> protected until February 6, 1989. He reviewed plans for the entrance <br /> to the lot with a driveway to be shared by another office building <br /> previously approved. <br /> The Board determined that the use is in harmony with the general <br /> purpose and intent of the by-law. and. complies with the general provisions <br /> of the by-law. <br />
