That the applicant close off and landscape its proposed <br /> access to Donna's Lane until such time as Donna's Lane is laid <br /> out and taken by the Town of Mashpee; <br /> 4. That the applicant apply to the Commonwealth in <br /> coordination with the Town to secure approval of traffic control <br /> signals at the intersection of Donna's Lane, Job's Fishing Road <br /> and Route 28, and in connection therewith to furnish all <br /> necessary engineering plans, data, or• reports as may be required <br /> by the Commonwealth, and further• to pay to Town, to be held in <br /> escrow, a sum equal to 150%, or• such lesser• sum as may be <br /> determined if other property owners contribute proportionately, <br /> of the cost of installation of the traffic lights as estimated <br /> by the Mashpee D.P.W. Director, with said payment to be made not <br /> less than 90 days prior to the estimated date of the opening of <br /> Donna's Lane as a public way; <br /> 7. That the applicant comply with all conditions imposed on <br /> the renovation and reconstruction of the structure by the <br /> Mashpee Design Review Committee unless otherwise excused from <br /> doing so by a unanimous vote of the Board; <br /> B. That the applicant comply with all conditions imposed upon <br /> the renovation and reconstruction of the structure by the <br /> Mashpee Board of Health; <br /> 9. That the applicant, tie the restaurant into the Mashpee <br /> Water District supply located on Route 28 and discontinue the <br /> existing well as a source of potable drinking water used in the <br /> restaurant operation; <br /> 10. That the applicant tie into the municipal sewage system if <br /> and when such system becomes available; <br /> 11. That the applicant enhance in number• and height the <br /> plantings proposed and approved by Design Review Committee for <br /> the natural hedge to be planted along the northerly boundary <br /> line of the site; <br /> 12. That the applicant comply with its offer• to donate the land <br />
