Chace, Jr. is an individual <br /> residing in Providence, Rhode Island. Mr. Arnold Chace is one of <br /> the two General Partners of Fields Point Limited Partnership <br /> ("Fields Point") , a limited partnership duly organized and <br /> existing under the laws of the State of Delaware. <br /> 2 . The plaintiff Malcolm G. Chace, III is an individual <br /> residing in Providence, Rhode Island, and is the other General <br /> Partner of Fields Point. <br /> 3 . The Board is an administrative board of the Town of <br /> Mashpee that has been duly established pursuant to § 174-91 of <br /> the Mashpee Town Bylaws.
