7 . The defendant William J. Hanrahan is an individual <br /> residing at 76 Ships Wheel Drive (Post Office Box 104) , Mashpee, <br /> and is a Member of the Board. <br /> 8 . The defendant John J. Friel is an individual residing at <br /> Uncle Edward' s Road (Post Office Box 893) , Mashpee, and is a <br /> Member of the Board. <br /> 9. The defendant Richard Halpern is an individual residing <br /> at 100 Great Neck Road North, Mashpee, and, upon information and <br /> belief, was a Member of the Board through October 1990 . <br /> 10. The defendant McDonald's .is a corporation duly <br /> organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware. <br /> McDonald' s has its principal place of business at McDonald's <br /> Plaza, 211 Enco Drive, Oak Brook, Illinois, and is registered <br /> with the Secretary of State as a foreign corporation doing <br /> business in Massachusetts. <br /> THE FACTS <br /> 11. The parcel of real estate at issue in this litigation <br /> is approximately 40, 750 square feet of land that is located at <br /> the intersection of Route 28 and Donna 's Lane (a private way) in <br /> Mashpee (the "Locus") . The present record owner of the Locus is <br /> Jorlen Corporation ("Jorlen") , a corporation duly organized and <br /> existing under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, <br /> with a principal place of business at 360 Main Street, Cotuit. <br /> Upon information and belief, McDonald' s has entered into a <br /> purchase and sale agreement with Jorlen to purchase the Locus. <br /> POCABCH7.FP �3- <br />
