BOARD OF SELECTMEN <br /> MINUTES - REGULAR SESSION <br /> MONDAY, FEBRUARY 26. 1990 <br /> PAGE FIVE <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> 1 . HAZARDOUS WASTE COORDINATION - The Board accepted the <br /> recommendations of Chief Ridgeway outlined in his <br /> memorandum of February 9, 1990 relative to Hazardous Waste <br /> Coordination. This includes forming a Hazardous Materials <br /> Planning Committee to include, Fire Chief and Deputy, <br /> Police Chief and Deputy, DPW Director, Chairman of <br /> Conservation Commission, Health Agent, Executive Secretary <br /> and a representative of the Board of Selectmen. Mr. <br /> Gottlieb requested that Carol Jacobson represent the Board <br /> in this matter. <br /> 2. MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT - The Board received a notice of <br /> meeting to be held on March 1 , 1990 between the South Cape <br /> Beach State Park Advisory Committee and the Board of <br /> Selectmen relative to the presentation of the Department of <br /> Environmental' Management concerning the nature and level of <br /> improvement and funding for Great Oak Road. <br /> 3 . MEETING NOTICE - The Board received an advisory from the <br /> Board of Appeals concerning a joint meeting between the <br /> Board of .Selectmen, Board of Appeals and the Planning Board <br /> to be held on Monday, March 5, 1990. <br /> 4. CAPE COD PLANNING AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION - Mr. <br /> Gottlieb informed the Board that the Cape Cod Planning and <br /> Economic Development Commission has received funding from <br /> EPA to conduct a pilot program for GIS wellhead protection <br /> data management project. It was requested that members of <br /> Planning, Selectmen, Health and Conservation serve in an <br /> advisory role. Mr. Gottlieb directed Mr. Harrington to <br /> circulate a memo to those involved. <br /> Being no further business the meeting adjourned at 7 :55 p.m. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Debra J .
