BOARD OF SELECTMEN <br /> MINUTES - REGULAR SESSION <br /> MONDAY, MARCH 26, 1990 <br /> PAGE SEVEN <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> #8 (Cont. ) <br /> Mr. Lawrence moved not to include Articles 42 and 43 and . <br /> that they be included in a Special Town Meeting in the <br /> fall . Mr. Carter seconded the motion. All were in favor. <br /> Mr. Lawrence stated that if the issues between the Planning <br /> Board and the Zoning Board of Appeals were not resolved by <br /> April 9, 1990, he would move to have Article 12 removed <br /> from the Special Town Meeting Warrant. <br /> OTHER NEW BUSINESS <br /> 1 . SEMASS NOTICE - Mr. Gottlieb stated that a notice had been <br /> received from SEMASS with a list of unacceptable items for <br /> the Transfer Station, i .e. , hazardous materials, <br /> construction materials. Mr. Gottlieb stated that the list <br /> will be available through Kevin Harrington. <br /> 2 . QUINNAQUISSET AVENUE - Mr. Virgilio requested an easement <br /> for the State at Route 28 and Great Hay Road for the <br /> purpose of drainage. The Board informed Mr. Virgilio that <br /> this would require a Special Town Meeting vote. <br /> Mr. Carter moved to grant permission to Mr. Virgilio to <br /> approach the principles of Summerwood ,to discuss a right of <br /> entry for construction purposes only (Quinnaquisset Avenue <br /> project) . Mr. Lawrence seconded the motion. All were in <br /> favor . <br /> Being no further business the meeting adjourned at 8:55 p.m. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Debra J .
