BOARD OF SELECTMEN <br /> MINUTES - REGULAR SESSION <br /> MONDAY, APRIL 30, 1990 <br /> PAGE FOUR <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> #2 (Cont. ) <br /> Mrs. Jacobson moved to support Article 15. Mr. Hanson <br /> seconded the motion. Mr. Gottlieb and Mr. Carter were in <br /> favor. Mr. Lawrence was opposed. <br /> Mr. Carter moved that the Board oppose Article 16. Mr. <br /> Lawrence seconded the motion. All were in favor. <br /> Mr. Carter moved that the Board support Article 17. Mrs. <br /> Jacobson seconded the motion. Mr. Gottlieb and Mr. Hanson <br /> were in favor. Mr. Lawrence was opposed. <br /> Mr. Lawrence moved to oppose Article 19. There was no <br /> second. <br /> Mr. Carter moved to oppose Article 23. Mr. Hanson seconded <br /> the motion. All were in favor. <br /> The Board voted to support Article 27. Mr. Lawrence was <br /> opposed. <br /> Mr. Carter moved to oppose Article 28. Mr. Lawrence <br /> seconded the motion. All were in favor. <br /> Mr. Lawrence moved to oppose Article 29. Mr. Carter <br /> seconded the motion. All were in favor. <br /> Mr. Lawrence moved to oppose Article 39. Mr. Hanson <br /> seconded the motion. All were in favor. <br /> OTHER OLD BUSINESS <br /> 1 . SOUTH CAPE VIDEO - Mr. Carter stated that a previous vote <br /> to grant a license to South Cape Video was not legal due to <br /> the fact that he would be required to abstain. This matter <br /> will have to come before the Board at a later date. Mr. <br /> Lawrence was not present. <br />
