Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes 4 <br /> February 17, 1998 <br /> FY99 BUDGET WORKSHOP: <br /> Floating Clerk: The budget has included funding for an additional <br /> floating clerk position to provide relief to departments on a rotating basis. <br /> Mr. Whritenour has proposed to employ a full-time floating clerk to <br /> track and assist with the administrative needs of the ZBA,Building Department, <br /> Conservation Commission, Council on Aging, Treasurers Office and Police <br /> Department. <br /> It was noted that there are presently(2)part-time floating clerks. <br /> Additional Agenda Topics -Budget Workshop: <br /> Police Department-Police Chief Przybylek <br /> Fire Department-Fire Chief Baker <br /> Building Inspector- William Hauck <br /> Animal Control Officer-June Daley <br /> Board of Health- Trash Expense <br /> Herring Warden-Leigh Potter re: Planned Maintenance <br /> Leisure Services- Gus Frederick <br /> Council on Aging-James Long <br /> School Department-Dr. DeMoura <br /> Memo to All Town Departments: It is the consensus of the Board to submit <br /> a letter of appreciation to all Town Department for their efforts to maintain a <br /> level service budget. <br /> AAijoumment7 <br /> Motion made by Selectman Caffyn to adjourn at 4:30 p.m. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Marsters. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 3-0. <br /> Respectfully submitted <br /> KO1M4� M .
