3 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> July 24, 2000 <br /> APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS: <br /> Public Hearing—License Transfer to Chef Chris' Cafe: <br /> Selectman Leveille stepped down for the above referenced Hearing. <br /> Selectman Cahalane presided and opened the Public Hearing on the <br /> application of Popponesset Marketplace Cafe, Inc., d/b/a Chef Chris' <br /> Cafe, for a transfer of a Seasonal All Alcohol Restaurant License from <br /> Spenco, Inc., d/b/a Marketplace Cafe. <br /> Daniel Creedon, counsel for Clark, Balboni and Gildea was present to <br /> discuss the license transfer with the Board of Selectmen. <br /> Being no comment, the Board motioned to close the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters to close the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 3-0. <br /> Selectman Leveille abstained, Selectman Green absent for vote. . <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters to approve the application of <br /> Popponesset Marketplace Cafe, Inc., d/b/a Chef Chris' Cafe,for a <br /> transfer of a Seasonal All Alcohol Restaurant License from Spenco, <br /> Inc., d/b/a Marketplace Cafe. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 3-0. <br /> Selectman Leveille abstained, Selectman Green absent for vote. <br />
