4 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> February 5, 2001 <br /> APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS: <br /> Public Hearing—License Transfer—Cooke's: (continued) <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cahalane to approve the application of <br /> Azzaro Mashpee, Inc., d/b/a Cooke's Seafood, Angela Asimakopoulos, <br /> Manager, for a transfer of a Seasonal All Alcohol Restaurant License <br /> from Cooke's Mashpee Inc., d/a/b Cooke's. The Board acting as the <br /> Licensing Authority for the Town of Mashpee grants approval for <br /> Change of License, Change of Manager and Pledge of License from <br /> Azzaro Mashpee, Inc. d/b/a Cooke's Seafood to Cooke's Mashpee, <br /> Inc., d/b/a Cooke's. Said license shall remain on the premises located <br /> at 7 Ryan's Way,Mashpee. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Marsters. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 3-0. <br /> Selectman Taylor, Selectman Leveille absent. <br /> Public Hearing— Shellfish Regulations: <br /> Selectman Cahalane opened the Public Hearing on the proposed Shellfish <br /> Regulations for the Year 2001. The notice was read aloud in accordance <br /> with the Mashpee Code, Section 145-1. <br /> Richard York,the Shellfish Constable was present to recommend the <br /> amendment to the regulations as set forth on page 3 under Commercial <br /> Shellfish Permits. The proposed changes were underlined. The Shellfish <br /> Constable due to a typographical error read the following amendment; <br /> A copy of the completed Massachusetts Commercial Fisherman Permit or <br /> Application, and Massachusetts Drivers' License or Massachusetts Photo <br /> ID shall be included. The applicant must present their valid Massachusetts <br /> Commercial Fishermen Permit and Commonwealth of Massachusetts <br /> Shellfish Transaction Card,... <br /> Being no comment,the Board motioned to close the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters to close the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br />
