6 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> June 11, 2001 <br /> APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS: <br /> Public Hearing—Liquor License Transfer—General Store: <br /> Selectman Leveille stepped down for the above referenced hearing. <br /> Selectman Cahalane opened the Public Hearing on the application of <br /> Morning Glories Food, Inc., d/b/a The Country Store, Antoinette Lambert, <br /> Manager, for a transfer of Seasonal All Alcohol Retail License from <br /> Eleanor Woolf, d/b/a Popponesset General Store. <br /> The Assistant Town Administrator read aloud the Public Hearing notice as <br /> published. It was noted that all necessary paperwork is in order for the <br /> Selectmen's approval. Antoinette Lambert was present to discuss the <br /> license application with the Board of Selectmen. <br /> Being no comment,the Board motioned to close the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Taylor to close the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Green. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 3-0. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Taylor to approve the application of <br /> Morning Glories Food, Inc., d/b/a The Country Store, Antoinette <br /> Lambert,Manager, for a transfer of Seasonal All Alcohol Retail <br /> License as described. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Green. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 3-0. <br /> Selectman Leveille absent. <br />
