7 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> June 11, 2001 <br /> APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS: <br /> Public Hearing—Livery License—George Bingham: <br /> Selectman Green stepped down for the above referenced Hearing. <br /> Selectman Cahalane opened the Public Hearing on the application of <br /> George G. Bingham, III, d/b/a Elite Limousine & Airport Service for <br /> Livery Service at 18 Bingham Drive, Mashpee. <br /> Joyce Mason, Assistant Town Administrator read aloud the Public <br /> Hearing notice as published. It was noted that all necessary paperwork is <br /> in order for the Board's approval. George Bingham was present to discuss <br /> the license application with the Selectmen. Correspondence was received <br /> from Sergeant Umina dated May 9, 2001 recommending approval. <br /> Being no comment,the Board motioned to close the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Taylor to close the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Leveille. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 3-0. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Taylor to approve the application of <br /> George G.Bingham,III, d/b/a Elite Limousine&Airport Service for <br /> (1)Livery Vehicle at the referenced address. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Leveille. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 3-0. <br /> Selectman Green absent. <br />
