Board of Selectmen 6 Minutes June 26, 2001 Pay Differential — Board of Health Selectman Taylor made a motion to extend the pay differential for Veronica Warden for an additional 30-day period as requested by the Board of Health. Selectman Green seconded the motion. VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. Acceptance of Change Order #i l —Fire Station Selectman Taylor made a motion to approve Change Order#11 in the amount of $12,268.84. Selectman Leveille seconded the motion. VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. Offer of Light Duty to Officer Holly DeForest Selectman Leveille made a motion to add to the agenda the request by Chief of Police Cooper to place Officer Holly DeForest on I I IF with an offer of light duty. Selectman Green seconded the motion. VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. Selectman Leveille made a motion to approve Chief Cooper `s recommendation of I l IF benefits with an offer of light duty to Officer Holly DeForest. Selectman Green seconded the motion. VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. EOEA Service Incentive Grant — Council on Aging Selectman Taylor made a motion to add to the agenda the Council on Aging's request to submit a grant request to the Executive Office of Elder Affairs (EDEA) for FY 2002 for the purpose of funding an Assistant Volunteer Coordinator position. Selectman Green seconded the motion. VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. Selectman Taylor made a motion that Council on Aging apply for this grant. Selectman Leveille seconded the motion. VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. Selectman Calialane reminded the Board that this will be the last meeting Robert Whritenour will attend as Town Administrator since he is leaving this post to accept the position of Town Administrator of Falmouth. All Board members congratulated Mr. Whritenour on his new assignment and thanked him for his services to Mashpee. a
