4 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> July 9, 2001 <br /> APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS: <br /> New Seabury Country Club—Change of Manager: <br /> Selectman Leveille stepped down for the above referenced agenda topic. <br /> i <br /> New Seabury.Resources Management, Inc. requested the Selectmen <br /> approve its resolution to change its manager named on the liquor license <br /> for the New Seabury Country Club to Wayne J. Kapral. <br /> Mr. Kapral was present to discuss the Change of Manager application. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters to approve the Change of <br /> Manager as referenced to Wayne J.Kapral as Manager for the liquor <br /> license of New Seabury Resources Management, Inc. d/b/a New <br /> Seabury Country Club. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Selectman Leveille absent. <br /> Public Hearing—MC Holding, Inc. Liquor License Transfer: <br /> Selectman Leveille stepped down for the above referenced Hearing. <br /> Selectman Cahalane opened the Public Hearing on the application of MC <br /> Holding, Inc., John Renz, Manager for a transfer of Annual All Alcohol <br /> Restaurant License from Debora Casey, Bankruptcy Trustee for Mashpee <br /> Restaurant, Inc. <br /> Joyce Mason, Acting Town Administrator read aloud the Public Hearing <br /> notice as published. John Renz, Manager was present to discuss the <br /> license application with the Board. It was noted that it is necessary for the <br /> applicant to remit to the Office of the Board of Selectmen, a vote of the <br /> corporation and board of directors to complete the necessary paperwork <br /> associated to the license application. <br /> Mr. Renz indicated that he is in receipt of a letter of intent from a Boston <br /> restaurant to operate the former Gone Tomatoes restaurant facility in mid <br /> October. The intended annual alcohol license would be transferred in the <br /> future to ensure the new license operator would have the ability to operate <br /> the new restaurant facility at the Mashpee Commons subject location. <br />
