3 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> June 24, 2002 <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Renewal of Municipal Building Cleaning Contract: <br /> Paul McNamara d/b/a P.M. Custodial Services remitted a bid for Year 2 <br /> associated to the cleaning of Town owned buildings. Additional <br /> specifications related to the job description were detailed by the Assistant <br /> Town Administrator with the intended subcontractor for Year 2 services. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cahalane to continue the Municipal <br /> Building Cleaning Contract, Year 2 with Paul McNamara d/b/a P.M. <br /> Custodial Services of Bridgewater for the sum of$62,700. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Green. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> AT&T Comcast License Transfer: <br /> Correspondence was received from AT&T Broadband dated February 27, <br /> 2002 relative to the merger of AT&T Broadband and Comcast <br /> Corporation in request of the Town's consent for change of control. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cahalane to approve the request and <br /> associated transfer of AT& T Broadband to AT& T Comcast <br /> Corporation as described. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Green. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Appointment of Program Supervisor—Leisure Services: <br /> Gus Frederick, Director of Leisure Services was present to recommend the <br /> appointment of Heidi L. Wenzel to the position of Program Supervisor. <br /> Ms. Wenzel was noted to have excellent references, and would <br /> compliment the present staffing adding new and refreshing insight to the <br /> existing programs. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cahalane to appoint Heidi L. Wenzel to <br /> the full-time position of Program Supervisor, Leisure Services <br /> Department as recommended. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Green. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br />
