Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> April 12, 2004 <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Acceptance of Resignation— Special Events Committee: <br /> The Selectmen were in receipt of a resignation from Deborah Gasior from <br /> the Special Events Committee dated March 23, 2004. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters to accept the resignation of <br /> Deborah Gasior from the Special Events Committee with regret. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Cahalan. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 40. <br /> Request for 111 F Benefits—Erik Green: <br /> Correspondence was received from Maurice Cooper; Chief of Police dated <br /> April 5, 2004 requesting the Selectmen extend the I I IF benefits of Officer <br /> Erik Green until he is able to report for duty. Officer Green is unable to <br /> work pending an MRI and further evaluation from Dr. Diamond, his <br /> orthopedist. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters to extend the benefits of Section <br /> 111F to Officer Erik Green as detailed, and request that an MRI be <br /> conducted as soon as possible for evaluation purposes. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Cahalane. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br />
