5 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> July 19, 2004 <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Approval and Execution of Contract—Engineering Services for Transfer <br /> Station: <br /> Gregory Taylor, Director of Public Works was present to recommend the <br /> Board award the contract for engineering services associated to the <br /> Transfer Station to Woodard& Curran. <br /> Woodard& Curran has provided engineering services for the Transfer <br /> Station for the past 2 '/2 years. Their services are required by DEP for the <br /> operation of the Transfer Station. Work includes bimonthly inspections <br /> and engineering work as needed. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters to award the-FY05 contract for <br /> Engineering Services for the Transfer Station to Woodard& Curran <br /> in the amount of$9,200. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> COMMUNICATION AND CORRESPONDENCE: <br /> Agenda Topic Requests: <br /> Cemetery Commission—Long Range Plan for Improvements <br /> Financial Report on funds that have been returned at the end of the fiscal <br /> year to include monies committed and encumbered. <br /> • <br />
