Chairman Green offered to speak on behalf of the Board of <br /> Selectmen on the newly built Habitat home located on Asher's Path. <br /> APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS: <br /> Public Hearing—Seabury Spirits, Inc.—Request for Transfer of Liquor <br /> License from Portside Liquors, Inc., d/b/a Liquor Warehouse: <br /> Selectman Cook stepped down for the above referenced agenda topic. <br /> Selectman Green opened the Public Hearing on the application of Seabury <br /> Spirits, Inc., Michael G. Ellis, Manager, for a Transfer of Annual All <br /> Alcoholic Beverage Package Store License from Portside Liquors, Inc., <br /> d/b/a Liquor Warehouse, Zeina Metri, Manager. <br /> • The Public Hearing notice as read aloud in accordance with posting <br /> requirements. Michael Ellis, Manager was present to discuss the license <br /> application with the Board of Selectmen. Nicole Kadomiya, counsel for <br /> the applicant was in attendance. <br /> It was noted that all necessary paperwork is in order for the Selectmen's <br /> approval for the premise located at 684 Falmouth Road, Mashpee. <br /> Being no comment, the Selectmen motioned to close the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cahalan to close the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Myers. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 3-0. <br /> Selectman Cook absent. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cahalane to approve the application of <br /> Seabury Spirits,Inc., Michael G. Ellis, Manager for a Transfer of <br /> Annual All Alcoholic Beverage Package Store License from Portside <br /> Liquors,Inc. d/b/a Liquor Warehouse. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Myers. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 3-0. <br /> Selectman Cook absent. <br /> • <br />
