July 25, 2016 Reeular and Executive Session: <br />Motion made by Selectman Cahalane to approve the Regular and Executive Session minutes of <br />Monday, July 25, 2016 as presented. <br />Motion seconded by Selectman Cotton. <br />VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br />Roll Call Vote: <br />Selectman Gottlieb, yes <br />Selectman Cotton, yes <br />APPOINTMENTS & HEARINGS <br />Public Comment: None at this time. <br />Selectman Cahalane, yes Selectman O'Hara, yes <br />Selectman Sherman, yes Opposed, none <br />Public Hearin: Annlication for new Shellfish Aquaculture License (Shellfish Grant) by Michael <br />Ronhock, 82 Sunset Circle, Mashoee, MA: <br />The Board of Selectmen opened the Public Hearing on the application filed on July 25, 2016 by <br />Michael Ronhock, 82 Sunset Circle, Mashpee in request of a Shellfish Aquaculture License; a 10 -Year <br />Shellfish Grant for a 1.04 acre site, to be located in Great River, to grow oysters and possibly quahogs <br />and bay scallops. Demarcation buoys will be standard 16 -inch round, yellow polyethylene, anchored <br />at the corners of the site location. <br />The Hearing notice was read into the record in accord with posting procedures. Michael Ronhock was <br />in attendance to review the project proposal. Richard York, the Director of Natural Resources (DNR) <br />was also present for discussion purposes. Mr. York indicated the shellfish grant application was <br />approved by the DNR, the Shellfish Constable, Harbormaster and Waterways Commission. <br />
