Board of Selectmen <br />Minutes <br />July 11, 2016 <br />APPOINTMENTS & HEARINGS <br />Public Hearine: ADnlication for Class I Dealer License, Tesla Motors MA, Inc.: (continued) <br />Motion made by Selectman Gottlieb to close the Public Hearing. <br />Motion seconded by Selectman Cotton. <br />VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br />Roll Call Vote: <br />Selectman Gottlieb, yes Selectman O'Hara, yes <br />Selectman Cotton, yes Selectman Sherman, yes Opposed, none <br />Motion made by Selectman O'Hara to approve the application of Telsa Motors MA, Inc. to <br />operate a Class I Dealer License at 11 Central Square in Mashpee Commons, Mashpee MA <br />condition upon the following; The issuance of this License is expressly subject to and contingent <br />upon the terms and conditions of the Special Permit (SP 2016-33) issued and filed by the <br />Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals on June 29, 2016. Any judicial appeal of the grant of said <br />Special Permit shall render this License null and void and of no legal effect. <br />Motion seconded by Selectman Cotton. <br />VOTE: 3-1. Motion carries. <br />Roll Call Vote: <br />Selectman Gottlieb, yes Selectman O'Hara, yes <br />Selectman Cotton, yes Selectman Sherman, no Opposed, (1) <br />Public Hearine: Review of Outside Entertainment License, Finally Dino's: <br />The Board of Selectmen acting as the Licensing Authority for the Town of Mashpee opened the Public <br />Hearing to address complaints and to discuss remedial measures with respect to the outside <br />Entertainment License for Barnstable Pizza & Pasta, Inc., d/b/a Finally Dino's located at 401 Nathan <br />Ellis Highway, Mashpee, MA. <br />The hearing notice was read aloud into the record in accordance with posting procedures. <br />Constantinos Mitrokostas was in attendance with his counsel attorney Kevin Kirrane to discuss this <br />matter with the Board of Selectmen. <br />Town Counsel Patrick Costello rendered an opinion with respect to a potential modification of the <br />outdoor entertainment license. Relevant to this situation was MGL, Chapter 140, §181, weekday <br />entertainment licenses. <br />
