To either of the Constables of the <br />Town of Mashpee, GREETING: , <br />In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachu- <br />setts you are directed to notify and summons the in- ' <br />habitants of the Town of Mashpee qualified to vote in <br />elections to meet at the Town Hall on Monday, the 1st <br />day of March next at eight o'clock A. M. for the fol- <br />lowing purpose of acting on the articles contained in the <br />following Warrant; also to meet at the Town Hall on <br />March 2nd at eight o'clock A. M., the polls being open <br />at that time, and will be.closed' at 12 o'clock noon, to <br />bring their vote for the election of Town Officers all on <br />one ballot, under the Australian System, as adopted by , <br />the Town. <br />Article 1. To see if the Town will vote to instruct' <br />the Highway Surveyor and the Selectmen to co-operate <br />and contract with the Dept. of Public Works, Division <br />of Highways, for the general repairs of its roads under <br />the provisions of Chapter 81 of the General Laws and <br />to raise and appropriate he sum of $2,025 for same. <br />Article 6. To see if the Town will vote to authorize <br />the Town Treasurer with the approval of the Selectmen, <br />to borrow money from time to time in anticipation of <br />the revenue of the financial year beginning January 1, <br />1937, and to issue a note or notes therefor payable with- <br />in one year, and to renew such note or notes as may be <br />given for a period of less than one year in accordance <br />with Section 17, Chapter 44, of the General Laws, any <br />debt or debts incurred under this vote to be paid from, <br />the revenue of the fi <br />nancial year beginning January 1, <br />1937. _ - -_- <br />
