To either of the Constables of the Town of Mashpee, GREETING: , In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachu- setts you are directed to notify and summons the in- ' habitants of the Town of Mashpee qualified to vote in elections to meet at the Town Hall on Monday, the 1st day of March next at eight o'clock A. M. for the fol- lowing purpose of acting on the articles contained in the following Warrant; also to meet at the Town Hall on March 2nd at eight o'clock A. M., the polls being open at that time, and will be.closed' at 12 o'clock noon, to bring their vote for the election of Town Officers all on one ballot, under the Australian System, as adopted by , the Town. Article 1. To choose a Moderator to preside at said meeting Article 2. To see if the Town will vote to instruct' the Highway Surveyor and the Selectmen to co-operate and contract with the Dept. of Public Works, Division of Highways, for the general repairs of its roads under the provisions of Chapter 81 of the General Laws and to raise and appropriate he sum of $2,025 for same. Article 6. To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Town Treasurer with the approval of the Selectmen, to borrow money from time to time in anticipation of the revenue of the financial year beginning January 1, 1937, and to issue a note or notes therefor payable with- in one year, and to renew such note or notes as may be given for a period of less than one year in accordance with Section 17, Chapter 44, of the General Laws, any debt or debts incurred under this vote to be paid from, the revenue of the fi nancial year beginning January 1, 1937. _ - -_-
