1.66 SPECIAL TOWN I FETING WARRANT, BARNSTABLE, SS. To either of the Constables of the Town of Kashpee. In the name of the Commonwealth of 'A?assachussetts .� I, you are directed to notify and summons , the Inhabitants' of the Town of Mashpee qualified to vote in elections to meet at the Town Hall on Friday the twenty-sixth day of July next at S 01clock P.'. . for the following purposes;To act on the articles contained in the following warrant. Article. 1. To see if the Town will vote to appoint the Selectmen to be agents of the Town to prosecute and defend suits to which the town in its corporate capacity may be a party - and as agehts of the town they shall have full authority.. to prosecute or" defend all suits at law or inequity and all civil and criminal proceedings and litigation to which the` —" — Town, or any town officer in his offical capacity, is atparty or in which its .rights,duties and interests may be the subject of adjudication before any judge,magistrate,court or tribunal. or take any other action thereon. � i Article 2. To see if t he Town will vote to ratify and confirm the action of its Board of Selectmen in bringing the bill in _ equity now pending in the Superior Court for Barnstable County in behalf of the Inhabitants of the Town of Nashpee against Roland L,WilsDr.. 1and others,or take any other action thereon. To see if the Town will vote to authorize ,the Town to raise and appropriate the sum of two hundred dollars- to construct a fireproof vault to be placed 'in the new Mashpee grade School to be used to store old Town records, or take any i other action thereon.
