Bushnell, <br />V, <br />Dear Sir: -The following is a copy of a vote taken at a <br />Special Town Meeting held Sept. 15, 1941; <br />(Article 5. To see if the Town will vote to accept the following by-law, <br />PG "Every meeting of the Finance Committee shall be attended <br />*by the Town Accountant who shall make available for said Finance <br />�Committee.all.information held in the Accountant's Records. <br />- Noted as read, a unanimous vote. <br />Vote taken at the Annual Town Meeting held March, 2, 1942. <br />Article 34. To see if the Town will vote to accept the following <br />by-law. <br />1. No person shall barter or trade and collect junk without a license <br />from the Selectmen of the Torn signed and recorded by the Torn Clerk. <br />2. The fee for such license shall be 05.00. <br />3. Chairman <br />ti <br />VOTED: To approve the Renewal by the <br />Treasurer of the TOWN OFMASHPEE of <br />s much of the Fifteen Hundred Dollars <br />(1,500.00) Tax Title Loan, which was <br />originally approved by this Board <br />under date of May 23rd, 1938, as is <br />outstanding on hay 28th, 1942. The <br />rate of interest on the renewal note <br />is to be one percent (1%) payable at <br />maturity. — - <br />
