A <br />SPECIAL TOWN MEETING held Friida-/ty., December, 8th, at 8 O'clock <br />` 1944. <br />Art. 1. To see if the Town will vote to transfer from the following <br />sums respectively to the Fire Line Bushing Account; Fire Patrol $200.00 <br />Interest #200.00, Selectmen's Expenses #100,00, Civilian's Defense100. <br />Soldiers'.Relief $100,00, Aid to Dependent Children $800.00 Welfare§300. <br />4 Gypsy -Moth 200.00, above transfers to be used during December 1944 <br />f and during the year of 1945. <br />Voted as read. <br />3� Art, 2. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate from <br />41 the 1945 tax levy the sum of 1600.00 for highway special, said <br />appropriation to be used during the Year of 1945. <br />Voted as read, and said amount to be used for Hurricane Damage on <br />Highways. <br />Art. 3. To see if the Town will vote to transfer from the Machinery <br />Fund to the Machinery Account the sum of $400.00, <br />Voted as read, and part of the sum to be used to purchae c,a Sand <br />Spreader. <br />Art. 4. To see if the Town will vote to continue the services of the <br />Mashpee Advisory Commission for three years. <br />Voted the Selectmen contact our Representtttve and request him to <br />ask the Legislature to continue the services of the Mashpee Advisory <br />Commission for three years. <br />Art. 5. To.see if the Town will vote to have a State`Audit of the <br />Town'Accounta each year, or take any other action thereon. <br />Voted as read. <br />Given under our hands this first day of December, in the year of our <br />Lord, One Thousand Nine Hundred acid Forty -Four. <br />Harrison k.
