To either of the Constables of the Town of Mashpee, Greetings: In the name of the Commonwealth of Z•tassachussetts you are directed to notify Ahd Inhabitants of the Town of. Mashpee qualified to votebin elections to meet at the Town Hall on Friday,the 27th.day of December,1946 at eight O'Clock P.M., for the following purpodee;to act on the articles contained in the following Warrant. Art. 1. To see if the Town will accept the layout of a Town Way called Orchard Road in Mashpee Village with the boundaries and measurements as repported and recommended by the Selectmen under date of November22% 1946,an&"will authorize and instruct the Selectmen to take by purchase or eminent domain,in behalf of the Town for a Town Way,the lands of interests in the lands within the side lines of said layout and for this purpose will raise and appropriate $10.00 and will also raise and appropriate $100.00 for the workin and construction of said way.44�adwd �jitQih�irizOcca�iyq Art. 2. To see if the Town will accept the layout of a Common Landing Place in South Mashpee Village on the Town's land,formerly of Jacob Kline,on Ockway Bay with the boundaries and measurements as �eepor9�d and recommended by the Sel�ctmen under date of November, Art.3. To see if the Town will vote to authorize the transfer from the Tax Title Foreclosure expense Account $75.62 to the Tax Collector's Expense Account. From the Road Machinery Fund $100.00 to the road machinery Account. From the....Police Appropriation Account to the Election and Registration Account $14.50 From the Police Appropriation Account to TommHall Account $25.00 From the Police Appropritation Account to the Forest fires Account $87.32 Prom/the Police Appropriation Account to House fires Account 1 $ 11.25 orr take -any pther action thereon. Art. 4. To act any othdr business that may legally come before said meeting. And you are directed to serve this Warrant by posting up attested copies thereof,one at the Town Hall,one at each of the Bulletin Boards and one at the Post Office in said Town of Mashpee seven days at least before said meeting.
