295 <br />i <br />23 <br />, <br />I. RECORDS AND REPORTS <br />1. The Inspector of Buildings shall keep records of applications, <br />permits issued, reports and notices or orders issued. He shall make a <br />report to the Board of Selectmen annually, and at such other times as <br />requested by said Board. <br />M <br />y '{! <br />J. APPLICATION FOR PERMITS <br />Mk <br />1. It shall not be lawful to construct, alter, remove, demolish or <br />�- <br />change the class of occupancy of any building or structure without first <br />filing with the Inspector of Buildings an application in writing and <br />L' � r <br />obtaining a permit. <br />, <br />- it <br />2. An application for a permit shall be submitted in such form as <br />the Inspector of Buildings may prescribe, and shall be -made by the <br />I <br />owner or his duly authorized representative. ' <br />3. Applications for permits shall be accompanied by such plans, <br />drawings and other data as the Inspector of Buildings may require. <br />4. In existing buildings minor repairs may be made without filing <br />i <br />or obtaining a permit. <br />K. PERMITS, INSPECTION FEES <br />1. It shall be the duty of the Inspector of Buildings to act upon <br />applications for a, permit or plans without unreasonable or unnecessary <br />- - <br />delay. <br />2. The Inspector of Buildings shall inspect all buildings or struc- <br />tures during the construction to see that the provisions of these regu- <br />lations are complied with and the construction prosecuted safely. <br />j <br />3. The fee for a building permit shall be established by the Board <br />of Selectmen. <br />L. UNSAFE BUILDINGS <br />is <br />Upon notice of an unsafe building the Inspector of Buildings shall <br />I <br />proceed in accordance with the provisions of General Laws, Chapter <br />, <br />143, Section 0 to 12, inclusive, and any amendments thereof. <br />�r <br />(If any provision of these zoning by-laws shall be declared un- <br />i <br />constitutional or illegal by competent authority, the validity of the <br />1 <br />« <br />remaining provisions of the by-laws shall not be affected thereby.) <br />r <br />ARTICLE M. REGULATION OF TRAILER COACH PARKS AND <br />i <br />L <br />AUTO -TRAILERS <br />y `k <br />Section 1. No license shall be granted under the provisions of Chapter <br />140, Section 32A to Section 32L, inclusive, of the General Laws, except by <br />the unanimous - vote of the Board of Selectment. No renewal of such <br />license shall be granted except by the unanimous vote of the Board of <br />Selectmen, <br />r <br />Section 2. RULES AND REGULATIONS. The Board of Selectmen <br />4.. <br />of the Town of Mashpee shall have the power to promulgate rules and <br />regulations for the enforcement of the provisions of this ordinance, and <br />for the purpose of insuring the maintenance of tourist camps and strut- <br />tures therein in a manner compatible with public health and safety. REGULATION: <br />No person shall park, store or occupy a tent or trailer for living <br />(r <br />+; <br />or business purposes except the owner of land may permit occupancy <br />' <br />of such land by non-paying guests using a trailer (but not a tent), for <br />tj 3i <br />living purposes, for a period not exceeding twenty (20) days in any <br />.calendar <br />year. A permit for this purpose must be obtained from the <br />Building Inspector before the land can be so occupied.
