To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate ' or take from available funds the sum of Eight Thousand ($8,000.00) dollars for the purchase of 1 one -ton state truck, sprayer and mis- cellaneous equiptment, or take any other action thereon. Action: Amended to read: To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of Four Thousand Six -Hundred Fifty ($4,650.00) dollars for the purchase of a tank spray gun, hose and fittings. Motion made and seconded to accept article as amended. Unanimous- ly voted. Article 33 to see if the Town will mote to raise and appropriate or take from available funds the sum of Two Hundred Fifty (250.00) dollars for expenses for the Historical Commission, or take any other actioi thereon. To see if the 'Town will vote to amend the mooning Map of Town of Mashpee so that the following described area will be included in the R-1 bistrict (low density): All land north of Route 130 and west of Cotuit-Sandwich Road, and that which lies within four hundred (400') feet southerly of Route 130 and west of Cotuit-Sandwich boundary and whish is currently designated R-2. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $950.00 to improve and make usable the Town Landing on the Southwest shore of Ockway Bay, located on the Assessors Map a£ the Southern end of Great Neck Road, Lot 79, consisting of 3.4 acres, or take any other action thereon. submitted by Town Landing Committee. To see if the Town will vote to accept and follow the State Plumbing Code as established under Chapter 142, Acts of 1971, and set fees for Plumbing permits as follows: x'2.00 for the first fixture, or take any other action thereon. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate or take from availabe funds the sum of Three Hundred Sixty (360.00) dollars to be expended to the Cape Cod Mental Health Association for service rendered to citizens of the Town of Mashpee by the Mental Health Center at Pocasset under the direction of the Board of Health and in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40, Section 5 (400) of the General Laws, Submitted by the Board of Selectmen.
