253 TOWN OF MASHPEE ANNUAL TOWN IEETING WARRANT The Commonwealth of Massachusetts March 5, 1973 Barnstable, ss: To the Constable of the Town of Mashpee Greetings: In'the name if the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, you are hereby directed to notify and summons the inhabitants of the Town of Mashpee, who are qualified to vote in the elections, to meet at the Town Hall on Monday, the 5th day of March 1973 at seven o'clock p.m. for the following purposes: To act on the_,Arti:cles contained in the following warrant. To meet at the Town Hall the following Wednesday, March 7, 1973', to bring in their votes for the election of the following officers:' One Seledtmen for three years One Assessor member for three•years One Board of Health member for three years One Planning Board Member for five Years One School Committee member for three years One Cemetery Commissioner for three years One Library Trust'be for three years One Park and Recreation member for two years Two Park and Recreation members for three years The. Polls will be open at 12 O'Clock Noon and may be closed at 7:30 p.m., The meeting was brought to order by the Moderator at 7:30 p.m. on March 5, 1973• The house was polled at 168. A Quorum present. Article 1. To see if the Town will vote to accept the Town Officers Reports or take andy other action thereon. 'ACTION: No reports - no action. Article 3. To see if the Town will hear and act upon the reports'of any Committee for any purpose the Town may deem advisable,. t ACTION: Np-reports = no action. Article 4. To see if the Town will vote to authoVize the treasurer, with athe approval'of the Selectmen to borrow in anticipation of the ' revenue for the eighteen month period beginning January 1, 1973 inarcord- ance with General Laws, Chapter 44, Section 4, and acts in amendment thereof, and including in -addition thereto, Chapter 849 of the Acts of 1969, as amended`, and to renew any note or notes as may be given for a period of less than one year in accordance with General Laws, Chapter -44, Section 17.
