251 <br />Special.— January 31, 1973 <br />sixty (60) days of the date of hearing. Approval shall be conditioned <br />upon approval of the Planning Board under the subdivision control law. <br />9.38 Planning Board Approval - Upon approval of the Board of <br />Appeals the developer shall present the following to the Planning <br />Board. <br />9.381 Subdivision plan in accordance with rules and regulations <br />of the subdivision control law of the Town of Mashpee; <br />9.382 General development plans shall be required in addition to <br />the subdivision plan for a project including multi -family housing and <br />shall include the following documents: <br />9.3821 Site Plan showing project location building locations, roads, <br />parking, grading, pedestrian circulation and any other pertinent in- <br />formation required by the Planning Board; <br />9.3822 Building plan showing plans and elevation of proposed and <br />existing building; <br />9.3823 Open Space plan showing parks—,recreation facilities, land- <br />scaping and proposed topography and othdr pertinent information re- <br />quired by the Planning Board; <br />9.3824 Road profile plans and Engineering plans showings utilities <br />including water supply, sewage disposal, electrical service, storm <br />drainage (including capacity; and other pertinent information required <br />by the Planning Board; <br />9.3825 Covenants or other documents satisfactory to the Planning <br />Board to insure the open space will remain open and not built upon. <br />9.319 BUILDING PERMITS - The developer shall submit to the Building <br />Inspector prior to the isstance of a building permit with his appli- <br />cation for a building permit a copy of the approved subdivision plan <br />together with evidence that the project phasing schedule is being adhered <br />to by the developer. <br />9.391 Changes or deviations from plans, schedules and phasing may be <br />made only with the unanimous approval of the Board of appeals. <br />9.392 The Building Inspector may revoke a building permit issued <br />under this by-law in case the builder or developer fails to conform <br />to the plans and schedules as approved. <br />And you are directed to serve this warrant by posting., up <br />attached copies thereof.
