<br />ARTICLE 4. To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Town Treas-
<br />urer, with the approval of the Selectmen, to borrow money from time to
<br />time in anticipation of the revenue of the financial year beginning
<br />July 1, 1974, in accordance with the provisions of General Laws,
<br />Chapter 44, Section 4, and to issue a note or notes as may be given
<br />for a period of less than one year in accordance with General Laws,
<br />Chapter 4.4, Section 17, Submitted by Treasurer.
<br />ACTION: Motion duly made & seconded to accept Article 4 as read.

<br />ARTICLE 5. To see if the Town will vote to authorize the appointment
<br />of one additional full time clerk for the Assessors Office, or take
<br />any other action thereon. Submitted by Board of Assessors.
<br />ACTION: Motion duly made & seconded to accept Article 5 as read.

<br />ARTICLE 6. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate
<br />the sum of $5,221.00 for the additional full-time clerk. Submitted
<br />by Board of Assessors.
<br />ACTION: Motion duly made and seconded to raise and appropriate the
<br />sum of $5,221.00. So Voted.
<br />ARTICLE 7. To see if the Town will vote to fix the salaries of the
<br />following elected officers as provided in Section 108, Chapter 4.1
<br />of the General Laws, July 1, 1974 to June 30, 1975•
