<br />cerned, Section 9 of the Zoning By -Law be and is hereby amended by
<br />adding thereto the following Section 9.43:
<br />SUSPENSION OF SUB -DIVISION PLAN APPROVALS
<br />9.43 Notwithstanding anything contained in this By'Law to the contrary
<br />no plans for subdivision requiring Planning Board approval shall be
<br />received or approved by the Planning Board prior to Mai, 31, 1975:
<br />Provided, however, that this bub -section shall not apply to state or
<br />federally subsidized low or moderate income housing developments; and
<br />'provided that this sub -section shall not apply to business, commercial,
<br />or industrial developments.

<br />ARTICLE 61. To see if the Town will vote to prohibit motor boats
<br />with internal combustion engines in excess of ten horsepower within
<br />the confines of Santuit Pond in Mashpee, MA, and violation of this
<br />by-law shall be punishable by a fine of up to $50.00.

<br />Article 62. To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Board of
<br />Selectmen to appoint a Study Committee consisting of one member from
<br />the Planning Board, Highway Department, School Committee, Historical
<br />Committee, Park and Recreation, to plan bicycle trails within7,the Town
<br />of Mashpee.
<br />ACTION: Moved and seconded that Article 62 be accepted as read. So

<br />ARTICLE 63. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the
<br />sum of $2,000 for the crafting of preliminary plans for the de,.elop-
<br />ment of bicycle trails in the Town of Mashpee or take any other action

<br />control, storm damage, water pollution, fisheries, shellfish, wildlife,
