Motion made and seconded be accepted <br />as amended. So Voted. <br />ARTICLE 76. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate <br />or transfer from available funds the sum of $12,000 for the salary of <br />the executive secretary. Submitted by Municipal Government Study <br />Committee. <br />ACTION: Motion made and seconded under Article 78 to raise and <br />appropriate $12,000. Uanimously voted. <br />ARTICLE 79. To see if the Town will vote to authorize the appointment <br />of a full-time superintendent of Parks and Recreation. Submitted by <br />Municipal Government Study Committee. <br />ACTION: Motion made and seconded to delete "Superintendent of Parks" <br />add in its place "Full -`Dime Recreational Director" and add after <br />the article has ended "In accordance with Section 7C of the Salary <br />Administration Plan". <br />Motion made and seconded to accept as amended. So Voted. <br />ARTICLE 80. To see if the Town will vote to authorize the appointment <br />of a full-time agent for the Board of Health. Submitted by Municipal <br />Government Study Committee. <br />ACTION: Motion made and seconded to accept Article 80 as read. Unan- <br />imously voted. <br />ARTICLE 81. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate or <br />take from available funds the sum of $7,500 as salary for a Recreational <br />Director. Submitted by Municipal Government Study Committee. <br />ACTION: Motion made and seconded to raise and appropriate $7,500. <br />Unanimously voted. <br />ARTICLE 82. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate <br />the sum of $7,500 as salary for the Board of Health Agent. Submitted <br />by Municipal Government Study Committee. <br />ACTION: Motion made and seconded to raise and appropriate $7,500. <br />Unanimously voted. <br />ARTICLE 83. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate <br />the sum of $3,000 to meet the Town's share of the cost of Chapter 81, <br />and to transfer from available funds in the Treasury, the sum of <br />$11,000 to meet the State's share of the cost of the work. The amount <br />when reimbursed to be returned to Surplus Revenue, or take any other <br />action thereon. Submitted by the Highway Department. <br />ACTION: Motion made and seconded Article 83 be accepted as read. <br />Unanimously voted. <br />ARTICLE 54.
